Support, reassurance, and practical newborn guidance — delivered with care.
Hi, I’m Roxanne Stinson
I’m a professional postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, and I help new parents feel confident, supported, and capable during the first month with their baby.
The early newborn stage can feel unpredictable — emotionally, physically, and mentally. My role is to walk alongside families during this transition with hands-on support, real-life guidance, and reassurance when you need it most.
This guide brings that same support to you — right where you are.
If the First Month Feels Like a Lot… You’re Not Alone
The first weeks with your newborn can include:
Irregular sleep (sometimes great, sometimes exhausting)
Feeding changes day to day
Endless diaper changes (and surprise messes)
Moments of confidence followed by moments of doubt
If you’ve asked yourself, “Is this normal?”
The answer is almost always yes.
This guide was created to help you understand what’s actually normal — without pressure, judgment, or unrealistic expectations.
